BRAZOS VALLEY FCA ADULT CHAPTER
The Brazos Valley FCA Adult Chapter meets once a month on a Saturday morning from 9:00am - 10:00am. The meeting is very casual and breakfast may be ordered upon arrival if desired (everyone pays for their own meal - $3 for 2 burritos). After announcements are made by the chapter president, Shane Lechler, a guest speaker will share his or her testimony and/or a short devotional.
The next meeting will be held in October 8, 2011 at Rudy's BBQ at 504 Harvey Rd. Coach Mark Johnston, former TAMU and SHSU Head Baseball Coach will be the special speaker for this meeting.

The non-school based FCA ministries reach the community through partnerships with the local churches, businesses, parents and volunteers. These ministries not only reach out to the community, but also allow the community to invest in athletes and coaches.
Community Ministries include: Stewardship Ministries, Adult Ministries, Sport-Specific Ministries, Membership, Urban Initiatives, Global Sports Development, Clinics, Product and Resource Development, and Professional Athlete Ministries.

Former Navy Lacrosse Great to Coach FCA Select Team
Former Navy Midshipman lacrosse great and retired Marine Lieutenant Colonel Glen Miles has been chosen as coach of the FCA Lacrosse National High School team. Miles will lead the FCA Harrow team as they embark on a four-day, three-city tour this week in the Northeast.
