Would you like to be a volunteer for the Ray Dorr Classic?

We need help with the following jobs:

·         Registration

·         Parking supervisors & shuttle drivers

·         Greeters

·         Supervising Special Contest sites

·         Loading & unloading tables, chairs, etc.

·         Cart turn-around helpers

On Sunday, June 1^st  and Monday, June 2^nd, Volunteers are needed for three & one-half hour shifts.  We would love to have your help for multiple shifts. However, if that is not possible, we appreciate any time that you can help!  Please arrive 30 minutes before your assigned shift begins 

FCA Activities include:
Saturday, May 31^st, Workday at Traditions Club, 9:00am – noon

Sunday, June 1^st, FCA Ray Dorr Golf Classic Round 1, 1:30pm Shotgun Start

Sunday, June 1^st, FCA “Tee Party” Dinner Reception at Traditions, 7:00pm - 9:00pm

Monday, June 2^nd, FCA Ray Dorr Golf Classic Round 2, 8:00am Shotgun Start
Monday, June 2^nd, FCA Ray Dorr Golf Classic Round 3, 1:45pm Shotgun Start

Monday, June 1^st Schedule:

6:15am – 6:30am                     Shift # 1 Volunteer Arrival /Orientation/Breakfast

6:30am – 7:45am                     Morning Round Player Registration

7:45am – 10:00am                   AM Shift #1 Fore Caddies at assigned holes

10:00am – 1:00pm                   AM Shift #2 Fore Caddies at assigned holes

11:30am – 2:00pm                   Morning Awards Ceremony – Lunch Served

12:15pm – 1:15pm                   Afternoon Round Player Registration

1:30pm – 4:00pm                     PM Shift #3 Fore Caddies at assigned holes

4:00pm – 6:45pm                     PM Shift #4 Fore Caddies at assigned holes

Dress Code for Traditions Golf Club:  *no denim allowed
